My journey to mental healthcare

I was an electronics technician for the first half of my adult life. In my late 30s, I came to a crossroads in my career and didn't like any of the directions being offered. Having been helped through some difficult changes by a few counselors at various times in my life, I decided that I'd like to become one who helps, as I was. 

I was blessed to be able to complete two degrees in Social Work, encountering more personal growth opportunities along the way. Working mostly in the field of addictions for the past 20+ years, I've come to recognize that helping people make and/or adapt to changes of all kinds is my passion.

I have been conducting counseling sessions online, almost exclusively, for the past 5 years.
